We’ve had some lovely chances to come together recently, and it was such a pleasure seeing some of you at our final brunch of the year, as well as during our tour around the hidden corners of northeastern Paris.
Now May is arriving, famous for its bounty, not of spring blossoms, but of public holidays. This year is particularly abundant, with a long weekend, or “aquaduct” long weekend, almost every week.
With many of you likely away and making the most of these for mini-escapes, our calendar is a little lighter this month. That said, if you happen to be in Paris on May 17th, we’d be delighted to have you join us for our tour around the Bastille area (with the possibility of meeting us after just for a coffee). There’s also the Canadian Expat Meetup on May 20th.
A quick reminder: anyone wishing to put forth their candidacy for a position in the executive office please contact me. The official notice for our General Meeting with full details will be sent to you.
Make a note of the date of June 30! We are organizing a dinner-show at the Moulin Rouge on the theme of "red and white", on the eve of Canada Day. Registration and payment in advance are mandatory to confirm your place (estimated cost: about €240 per person, special group rate). We will share a registration link in the WhatsApp group very soon.
We hope to see you soon, whether it’s in May or June.
