Gender diversity: where are companies at? What concrete actions should be put in place?
The 4 pillars of a winning strategy, illustrated by examples of concrete actions deployed by companies championing diversity.

Companies with mixed teams show superior business performance, they have a better rate of employee engagement and retention. For companies with more than 1000 employees, the Rixain law imposes 30% of women in management positions in 2026. In 2029, this quota will increase to 40%. Diversity is becoming an imperative, at a time when only 13% of management positions are held by women. How to accelerate the diversity of your teams? How to make it an asset? We studied the action plans of the best, and interviewed 100 people (HRD, RRH, diversity and inclusion managers, and employees) to understand where the companies stand, what solutions have been put in place and the support needs of the employees.

Bio: A career in large groups (Danone, Coca-Cola, Klépierre), up to a position on the management committee, and 10 years of involvement in women's leadership networks, made Sidonie Jadot want to commit to diversity.
She embarked on entrepreneurship and founded a B2B service platform that accelerates the presence of women in positions of responsibility in companies, by making their female talents dare to be ambitious.
Her company Les Clés is incubated as an innovative start-up by Willa and the CCI of Paris.
