Do you know Ellen Bialystok? This eminent professor of Canadian psychology holds the prestigious position of Distinguished Research Professor at York University in Toronto. She directs the Cognition and Development Laboratory and is also an Associate Scientist at the Rotman Research Institute at Baycrest Center for Geriatric Care. Discover the story of this inspiring woman and her research work on cognition and development.

The conversation will be moderated by Hélène Leone, founder of the Canadian Bilingual School of Paris and Fabrice Jaumont, author of The Bilingual Revolution: The Future of Education is Written in Two Languages.

The meeting is presented by the Canadian Bilingual School of Paris, in partnership with the Center for the Advancement of Languages, Education and Communities (CALEC) and the Association of Canadian Women in Paris as part of the Festival du Livre of Paris for the launch of the book, Bilingual children, families, education and development by Ellen Bialystok. The book will be sold on site during the meeting with the possibility of signing by the author.
